It was within the discretion of DA Bonnie Dumanis to allocate reasonable resources to the investigation of Abductions, Rapes, and Murders.It was within the discretion of the DA to allocate reasonable resources to the monitoring of sex offenders as dictated in Megans Law. Both these "departments" are low budgetary priorities....
